Anti-scaling agent

The formation of scale in the boiler and in particular the heating pipes reduces the efficiency of boilers and represents a serious security risk. Even thin layers of calcium carbonate reduces the heat transfer of the heating tubes considerably. As a result, the energy consumption for steam generation increases significantly or the amount of steam produced is no longer sufficient for the operation of downstream systems.

Thick layers of calcium carbonate can cause the heating pipes to overheat and deform or burst - a dangerous situation for the employees.

TENSID-CHEMIE uses an anti-scaling agent based on a phosphate and polymers. The problematic substances in water are tied off and dispersed and then blown down out of the boiler. As a result, deposits of scale can be prevented in the boiler and on the heating tubes of the boiler.
